What's the Point?

Traditional Email Marketing involves sending text messages to recipients, and then waiting for them to respond. Like a Direct Mail campaign, you will need to ask the caller for some kind of a product or promotional code in order to understand the effectiveness of that marketing strategy. The goal of any campaign is to get your prospect to engage -- to enter the sales cycle -- the first step on the way to becoming your client.

  • Rich-Media: graphics and multimedia (movies and animations) are judiciously applied to stimulate and peak prospect interest more quickly
  • Auxillary text messages: when clients cannot accept multimedia email, text-only versions are provided seamlessly, with the same tracking mechanisms as the Rich-Media version
  • Tracking: we know precisely how an email campaign message has been handled:
    • Who Received It
    • Who Opened It
    • Who clicked out to external, campaign-specific web pages
    • Who navigated the website from the message
    • Who forwarded to a colleague, and who that colleague is
  • Supplemental Messages: based upon how the recipient handled the message, additional messages are automatically delivered as defined by the campaign

For example: anyone who clicks to a response page from within the email, but chooses not to fill out the response form, can be emailed an additional message three days after clicking out to the response page. Almost any logical, action/time-based messaging activity is possible.
